Triple Creek Ranch is an award-winning Relais & Châteaux member property and an Orvis-endorsed fly-fishing lodge set against the backdrop of the Montana Rockies. The resort is a renowned all-inclusive luxury getaway of couples who appreciate the refinement of innovative cuisine, fine wine, romance and exquisite service with outdoor recreation, splendid scenery and a dash of the American West. From the beautiful, welcoming main lodge, a world-class restaurant and paramount wine cellar, to the deluxe private guest cabins, it’s the attention to the smallest details that make the Triple Creek Ranch experience so memorable.

The Situation

Triple Creek Ranch’s property and luxury resort offerings are stunning when experienced in person, but the Ranch management was seeking assistance translating this luxury getaway to marketing materials that successfully branded and positioned the Ranch as a vacation destination. The Ranch had been working with an advertising firm for its marketing pieces, but inconsistencies in presentation prevented the Ranch from creating a cohesive tone and brand across its marketing materials.

Our Approach

Brand Positioning and Identity Development

Graphcom’s relationship with Triple Creek Ranch began around 1991-1992 with printing and production design for its marketing collateral material, but by the early 2000s, Triple Creek Ranch and Graphcom collaborated and developed consistent branding and a unique identity positioning the Montana resort ranch as a destination location. This branding style was extended to include all print pieces that include amenities and activities guides, Christmas cards, event promotion materials, folders, press kits and related stationery—all designed in-house by Graphcom and Graphcom Creative.

These brand standards were later applied to the Graphcom designed Triple Creek Ranch website, a major marketing avenue, which uses original photography and an impactful design to communicate the resort’s grandeur and slate of all-inclusive offerings to web audiences. Graphcom Creative also performs SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for the Triple Creek Ranch website.

The Results

With consistent brand standards in place, Triple Creek Ranch has been able to successfully garner prestigious recognitions from renowned, established organizations including numerous awards from Condé Nast Johansens, endorsement as an Orvis fly-fishing lodge, membership in the Relais & Chateuax Association, a 2010 Andrew Harper Readers’ Choice, Virtuoso Preferred, recognition by the Black Book of Travel and consecutive recognitions from Travel & Leisure magazine.

Today, Graphcom Creative is the full-service marketing agency for Triple Creek Ranch.
