In 1946, Truett Cathy opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. From this humble restaurant came the beginnings of a major quick-service restaurant chain called Chick-fil-A. Today, there are more than 1,615 locations in 39 states and Washington, D.C., and the company continues to set itself apart from its competitors by pioneering innovative food products, including its ever-popular Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich.
- Graphcom Creative designed a promotional postcard for a Chick-fil-A lunch event for members of the American Advertising Federation of Greater Frederick (AAF-Frederick). Chuck Bradford, vice president for marketing for Chick-fil-A, was the guest speaker for the event.
- The postcard was designed to preserve Chick-fil-A’s brand standards while carrying information about the AAF-Frederick event.
- Graphcom, Inc. handled both printing and mailing services for the postcard, which was distributed to AAF constituents in the greater Frederick, Maryland area.
